Refund and Return Policy for Desert Safari Dubai Adventures
At Desert Safari Dubai, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure that your experience with us is seamless from start to finish.
Eligibility for Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
- Certain items are exempt from returns, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
